Gamearoo starts planning what Ram Bot should be. The name was inspired by the Re:Zero character.

The Very Start

Development begins with the first lines of code. No live bot yet, only internal tests.

April 7th, 2019

Bot Created

Gamearoo creates a beta version of Ram Bot accessible only to close friends.

August 3rd, 2019

v1.0.0 Is Released

Ram Bot becomes available to the public.

2019 - 2023

Time Lost

Several versions (v2-v17.x) were released, but events were not documented. Includes Ram APIs and major backend changes.

August 3rd, 2023

v18.x

Major update introduces a new AI system and more features.

Kicked off the Holiday Gifts series leading to v20.x, focused solely on new commands, function enhancements, and surprise drops—no visual or dashboard changes.

v20.x Released (Ahead of Schedule)

v20.x was released ahead of schedule on 12/7/25. This rollout includes support reliability improvements, knowledge-base features, and tighter dashboard ↔ ticket-site integration.
