How teams use Ram Bot day to day

Automate the boring parts while keeping humans in the loop for sensitive moments.

1. Detect

Continuous scanning for raids, spam, link drops, and anomaly spikes per guild.

  • Live dashboards per shard
  • CPU/memory transparency

2. Respond

Automations execute first, then route edge cases to tickets or staff DMs.

  • Macro + automod escalations
  • Role-aware approvals

3. Review

Mod logs and optional usage summaries help you tune rules — without building member advertising profiles.

  • Per-guild mod logs
  • Privacy & data settings

Ram AI (optional)

Enable Ram AI per server. Each request is handled on demand — follow-up context is off by default and can be enabled in Privacy & data if you want short thread memory.

Queue

Fair request ordering

See how many requests are ahead, watch your spot move, and cancel or leave the queue anytime.

Models

Pick before you start

Choose a model for speed or deeper reasoning, then start — the bot keeps Discord updated while Ram AI works.

Controls

Privacy first

Server and member controls for Ram AI use. No permanent conversation archive for marketing or profiling.

Privacy by design

Optional features stay optional. Manage optional tracking in the dashboard — no support email required.

Members

User Settings

Dashboard → User Settings → Privacy & data — personal optional tracking and data-use choices.

Servers

Bot Settings

Dashboard → Bot Settings → Privacy & data — server defaults. Member privacy is required for Ram to stay.

Policy

What we collect

If it is not listed in Privacy & data, it is required for a feature or not tracked. Read the full privacy policy.

New moderation tooling

Honeypot traps and smarter mod logs ship as part of Ram AutoMod — no extra plugin required.

Honeybot

Honeypot channels

Auto-create trap channels visible to raid bots, warn real members with a pinned embed, and ban anyone who posts inside.

Rotation

Anti-filter protection

Randomize honeypot names weekly or monthly, or recreate the channel with a new ID so bots cannot blocklist a fixed trap.

Mod logs

Per-action routing

Route warns, bans, kicks, timeouts, AutoMod hits, and honeypot triggers to dedicated channels — with a global fallback.

Frequently asked questions

How do I apply for beta access?

Sign in to the dashboard and use Apply for Beta. You need Manage Server permission for the guild you apply with. See the Beta FAQ for details.

Where can I find setup help?

Visit the documentation hub for setup, dashboard usage, commands, and troubleshooting guides.

Is Ram Bot really free?

Yes. Core moderation, automations, and fun modules are 100% free with no premium tiers.

Does Ram AI store my conversations?

Ram AI handles requests when you ask. Follow-up context is off by default and only used when your server and account settings allow it — for short thread continuity, not long-term profiles. See Privacy Policy and Privacy & data in the dashboard.

Can I configure everything from the dashboard?

Most plugins and privacy defaults are available from the dashboard after you sign in with Discord.

Do logs stay separated per guild?

Yes. Set a global mod log channel, then route warns, bans, kicks, timeouts, AutoMod, and honeypot hits to their own channels from the mod settings page.

Does Ram Bot support config commands?

Many settings live on the dashboard. Some modules also support in-server commands — see documentation.
