Staff Applications

Collect applications for roles, staff, events, VIP, creators, and more — with custom Discord modal questions and review tools in Discord.

Create an application

1. Enable the Applications plugin.
2. Open Applications in the dashboard (or use /applications createapp).
3. Set the review category, application logs, and transcript channels (separate from mod logs / ticket transcripts).
4. Set a name, optional details, review staff roles (who sees submissions), and roles on accept (granted when approved).
5. Click Add question for each question you need (short, paragraph, dropdown, radio, checkbox, file upload, etc.).
6. Set status to Open when ready.
7. To change where the Apply panel lives, use Move panel on that application (or /applications move).

Review workflow

Submissions open a private review channel with Approve, Deny, and Deny & Ban buttons. Review staff roles get channel access and pings — they are not the same as accept roles. Approve grants only the accept roles. Deny & Ban blocks future applications (optional Discord server ban). You can also use /applications approve, deny, ban, and unban.

Privacy

Application answers may include personal info — restrict review channels to trusted staff only.
