The ticket system lets members open support threads from a panel, fill custom forms, and receive transcripts when tickets close.

How tickets work

  1. You publish a ticket panel (button or command) in a support channel.
  2. A member clicks and answers your questions.
  3. Ram Bot creates a private channel or thread for staff.
  4. Staff assist, then close the ticket — a transcript can be saved.

Dashboard configuration

  • Plugins → Tickets — enable the module.
  • Ticket settings — category, naming, staff roles, forms.
  • View Tickets — browse open tickets from the dashboard.
  • Contact / New Ticket — staff-created tickets when needed.

Transcripts

Closed tickets can generate HTML or text transcripts. Share links only with staff — they may contain private user data.

Ticket portal

Some servers use the separate ticket site for staff workflows. Sign in with the same Discord account you use on the main dashboard.
