Troubleshooting

Bot appears offline

• Check Discord status.
• Confirm Ram Bot is still in your server member list.
• Maintenance mode may be active — the dashboard will show a message if so.

Slash commands missing

• Re-invite with the applications.commands scope.
• Wait up to an hour after invite for global commands to sync.
• Enable the plugin on the dashboard — disabled modules hide their commands.
• Beta features need approval — see Beta FAQ.

Dashboard issues

• 403 Forbidden — you need Manage Server for that guild.
• Settings not saving — verify channels exist and the bot can view them.
• Maintenance page — wait until maintenance ends; admin staff configure this.

AutoMod / honeypot

• Honeypot not catching bots? See the honeypot guide.
• Ensure Ram Bot’s role is above roles it must assign or remove.
